Previous VP Medical and Clinical Pharmacy Policy at Anthem where he led the design and deployment of hundreds of medical policies, clinical guidelines, and medical management programs, including initiatives regarding site of service for outpatient care procedures.
Dr. Rosenberg served as Vice President, Medical and Clinical Pharmacy Policy at Anthem. There, Dr. Rosenberg led the design and deployment of hundreds of medical policies, clinical guidelines, and medical management programs, including recent initiatives onsite for outpatient care procedures (infusions, surgeries, radiology) as well as assessments on impacts of new biopharmaceutical and gene replacement therapies.
He has also held different positions at Aetna as Vice President of Medical Affairs and Medical Director, Rush Prudential Health Plan as Chief Medical Officer, and Michael Reese Hospital.
